Battle of the Imports - famoso raceway...
anybody here going to the Battle of the Imports at famoso raceway in Bakersfield on the 1st and 2nd of March? I dont know if i'm gonna go to that or the 4th generation meet in Modesto.... they both sound like lotsa fun....

im going to battle of the imports. and my supervisor just told us were working march 1st so i wouldn't be able to make the meet and im gonna have to have my mechanic qualify in my car so i can go back sunday and run. battle of the imports is always a pretty good show. frostee if you go make sure u take a camcorder cause there is waaay too much fine woman there, and some nice cars.

not everyone there is there to race. there a lot of people that go to just chill and check out the scene.

I'd love to go but I have a lot of stuff going on right now and I dont want to race unprepaired. Plus, I hate to miss out on the Central Valley meet,
Our shop is in the process of building a real drag car, (93 EG), powered by a built GSR motor...Hopefully next year or if there are any races in the area this year, we'd love to participate. Good luck in your races and keep us posted.

Man i dont know if i'm still gonna go to the meet in modesto now.... alot of my buddies are going to famoso to time their cars and i've been curious about what my time would be for awhile now too.
-RedlineCivic, even though you tried to escape me, i hunted you down and we're still gonna run whether we are side by side or not hahahahahaaaaa!!

 BRING THAT MONSTER OF AN ENGINE OF YOURS THIS WAY. im gonna be very dissapointed if i dont hit a high 13, i will be satisfied with a very very very low 14
