humm half a year ago it was my entire work shift... after the problem with the overcrowdedness of AF it cut my time down to bout 5-10 minuts if any... now its slowly comeing back where im here most of my work day.

I am usually on and off during the day, I always check and answer PM's and new thread notifications in the forums I mod.
I would say probably 2 to 3 hours of actual hands on time per day, I may be logged in for several hours at a time w/o being near the pc that I logged into AF on.
