That's a bold statement my friend. I hope you're pushing well over 500hp and if so I'd like to see the dyno results to prove it. That's the one claim that should'nt be made with a neon even with a boosted stratus motor I mean we're talking a TT inline six. I'll post a dyno video with an average Skyline that is off the dyno charts. I've seen a Skyline that has 1300 hp so are you sure you are talking about a Nissan Skyline GTR???

well if that is true than maybe i cant beat a skyline. But i guess i have to try to do anything. As of right now as my car stands i think i am pushing low 11s. maybe high 10s. My last run at the track was 11.9. But that was in october.

Agreed... One bad ass Neon. I dont know if it could beat a skyline, but this is not your average neon, and I'm sure it wouldn't be an average skyline that he would race... So I do believe this conversation is irrelavent... Right? But damn, I would love to see that Neon in action with or without an opponent.

What is it with people and the ignorance that the Skyline is the god of cars???

He has beaten a Viper in his Neon, he could rip a stock Skyline a new asshole. Some people should pull their head out of Motor Trend and get some real worl experience. I have seen an R34 GTR get beaten by an NSX, give me a break.

Also, is that a 318 or 360 they have dropped in that Neon?

Yes he could rip a "STOCK" Skyline a new ass hole but his car is nowhere near stock so my point is that if you put as much effort into a skyline he'd stand no chance. I've still to find the video but the Skyline has to let off the gas on the dyno to stay on it. He almost jumped off the dyno. I've never seen a neon do that. Anyways he still has a bad ass car. I never said otherwise.

blah blah blah... old arguement if you put the same amount of work into blank the other car wouldnt stand a chance.

truth of the matter is, nobody is caring about the Skyline. If his Neon can toy with stock Skylines and even modded ones good for him. But Skyline is not... I repeat is NOT the King of the Road. And that's coming from a Skyline fan too...

Where exactly in my post did I say the Skyline is " King of the road ". I never said anything of the sort. Please cut and paste where I said that. You all need to read closer and if you are assuming that that's what I meant then you should already know.......when you assume things you make an ass out of YOU!!
