change over to mpfi but keep dpi engine?

I want to do my ecu and Mpfi conversion before i do my swap becasue i dont have like 1 week were my car and be out of comishion casue of work, so if i do the conversion how do i hook the new power feeds for the injectors up the the dpfi injectors considering theres 4 wires in the new setup and 2 wires to the old setup wich wires of the new setup to the old setup???????????? sorry for blabering im all:smoker: up
