jult in steering coloum

ever sinse ive owned my max every time i hit a bump in the road it feels like something in my coloum moves ,dosent make any noise its just something u can feel threw the steering wheel. i took it to the dealer and he told me that it is normal for it to do that, i dont know if he is full of shit or what! does anyone else feel this?

it feels like it jults up with the suspension ,the wheel dosent move its just somthing u can feel threw the sterring wheel

You might be in need of new struts. Your suspension is supposed to absorb bumps not transmit them up the steering colum. The dealer who told you it's normal shouldn't be in business.

Take the car to a front end shop and let them have a look. Don't go to a Firestone or Pep Girls. Check in the phone book and find a front end/wheel alignment specialest.

ya firestone sux nuts, the last 2 times ive been in there, once for pads i knew i needed and the second for inspection, it was only like 3 month apart, but meracuasly (sp) my rear pads had worn from 80% to 10% or so they say. i hate thoes assholes so much
