Woman is ‘accidentally’ shot in head during sex

EPSOM - A 19-year-old woman accidentally was shot in the head by her boyfriend while they were having sex, court documents say.

The woman, Sarah Pickard, was in serious condition at Concord Hospital.

The boyfriend, Keith Levesque, 25, was charged with second-degree assault and was released on $50,000 personal recognizance bail. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to seven years in prison.

He called 911 after the shooting Thursday night at his apartment, and when police arrived, he was holding a cloth to her head while she was laying next to the bed, talking to the 911 operator.

The police affidavit filed in Concord District Court said that Pickard was shot in the third-floor apartment after she asked Levesque to hold a gun to her head during intercourse, court documents said.

Levesque told police that he cocked the gun - a .357 magnum revolver - and it fired, the affidavit said.

"He ... indicated (to the police) that he knew the gun was loaded, that guns were dangerous and that he could have killed her," the affidavit said.

Pickard and Levesque told police that he had held a gun to her head during sex on other occasions, the affidavit said. Police said they found a bullet hole in a pillow on the bed and a hole in the wall behind it.

In setting bail, Concord District Court Judge Arthur Robbins indicated he did not believe Levesque was a flight risk or a threat to public safety. Levesque has no criminal record.

Epsom police, state police, the attorney general’s office and the Merrimack County attorney’s office were investigating the case.

I agree with quattro, definitely an example of applied Darwinism. Problem is that only one of the sets of genes could be removed from the gene pool.

Well, what do they call it when the other person is unconsious? I only know Necrophiliac=dead people sex, and Dendrophiliac=sex with trees.
