Sup, i picked up sum new panels for my h/b. Should i cut out the old panels or just put the new oanels over top the old ones and fibreglass it and crap?

Cut out the old, weld in the new and use filler to smooth things out.

cut it out andweld in new but when you do make sure you get ALL the rust coz it'll spread like butter over the panel
