input thoughts here

aight guys and laides

i'm trying to put together my budget for the next 4.5 months, and part of my budget is getting my car back on the road.... its been sitting for almost a year in a garage, we deal with dramatic temp changes here... its been in the below 0 degree range and i'm sure duning the summer it was 100 plus in there... but back to the moral of the story... i need to have the car ready for june, i'd like to have it done before may... what all should i replace/take care of (basically i just want to make sure i don't miss anything)
here is a list of what i got so far:

Inspection
Insurance
Plate registration
Brake rotors
Pluggs
Oil & Filter
Brake Pads
Rad. Fluid
Timing Belt
H20 Pump
alighnment
possible 02 sensor
(inspect Dist. cap, wires and rotor)
check ecu for codes
check tire pressure and for dryrot
put on Progress lowering springs
Brake Fluid
Tranny Fluid

am i missing anything?
(updated)

Better hope ur seals are good. I knew of a kid that has a type r motor in his 4th gen that sat in his garage for almost 2 1/2 years and his engine leaks cause of bad seals.

fuel has Sta-bil in it... so it should be ok and start right up, i've always had a good experience when i used that for putting it down for the winter... and yeah tranny fluid will go and brake is likely...

and yeah the engine is def. staying the in car, it runs its just sat... and i've occassionally been out to start it up and let it run... no leaking oil, no burning oil, just running really really rich (backfiring actually) prolly b/c it has sat for so long, i'm just gonna have to see if it still runs that rich after a tune up and running around on the highway... thanks for the input guys
