Can you help me guess this guys 1/4 mile... hes too scared to race

Ok theres this group of poser-ass juniors at my high school who have civics and think they run 12 second 1/4s. one of them is this:

2000 Civic DX
Intake
Exhaust TIP (NOT CATBACK, JUST A MUFFLER)
18" enkei rims

I'm guessing like 18 second... for one thing the DX is the crap model, another thing the 18" SLOW YOU DOWN because they weigh more.

Another is this:

1999 Civic Si
Intake
Headers
Exhaust (FULL CATBACK)
15" rims

I'm guessing mid 15s, since its DOHC VTEC and actually has stuff done to it, not just a muffler

I drive an integra and ive never driven in a civic so i dont know how fast they are except that stock vs stock they're slower than integras, and since this is the civic forum i thought you guys might be able to help me guess their 1/4s since they wont take their cars to the track.

Mid - low 17s for the DX...
Mid - Low 15s for the Si

What model Integra do you have and what do you have done?

im pretty sure its slow, but the 18's will slow it down by wieght, but they also will slow him down by the circumfrence being bigger then a smaller wheel. a bigger wheels then a 15 on a civic will slow it down because it needs more turns out of the transmission to finish the 1/4 mile.

Slow SI Stock times are mid 15s, seen more mid-15 runs by sock SIs are the track then I care to remember. My friend has a 99 si with intake/exhaust, no header and busts 14.9s over and over and over. Granted his car is a freaking FREAK, but still, don't go into the race expecting him to run a mid 16 and then be surprised when he rapes you with a mid-low 15
