What do you guys with ZC's in you CRX's run in the 1/4 mile?

Hey what's up? I just put a ZC in my CRX. I originally had one im my other crx but i took it out RIGHT before i wrecked it and had just replaced it with a B16 which made me mad...oh well. Anyways....i was just wondering what some of you run in the 1/4 mile...and what car would it be eqivilent to. Thanks.

Anyone? I was j/w because i was in my moms 97 Accord EX and i beat my friend Nick's CRX with a ZC swap. The guy he bought it from said it ran high 14's in Wisconsin and 15.5 here in Colorado at Bandimere. Now that doesnt make sense to me because Accord EX's were running in the 18's here......

a ZC engine w/ the Si tranny should run high 14's. i had a ZC, but it was hooked up to a DX trannyat first, so that made me slower, but when i hooked up the Si tranny, it made a world of difference. so that could be the problem

If the integra GSR runs 15.5 in the 1/4 mile and the CRX runs high 14's, then how did i beat my friends CRX with a ZC in it? The times are a little different here in CO because of altitude but that shouldnt matter. He has a ZC tranny right now. Would that make a difference? Thanks

The tranny would make a difference, although I am not sure how big the difference would be. If I am not mistaken, the ZC tranny allows for a higher top speed while sacrificing acceleration and the Si tranny does the opposite which is why the Si tranny with the ZC final drive is the combo of choice for acceleration and topspeed.
