Midfield Raceway Best Lap Time

Just curious, what is your best time with you car? Excluding the Escudo

I got a timing with 1:04:500 with the Pennzoil Skyline R34.

Yeah, it's a beast. I had the suspension set way too stiff when I first used it and the thing was bouncing alllll around. So I played with that, changed the toe and camber in the front and the back, then when I used it again, the turn-in was so much quicker, lol. It really is a super-nice car when you get used to using the throttle to steer it more then the actual steering.

Has anyone tried the Toyota GT1 Road Version Yet on that track? You can mod. it up to were it is pushing around 980BHP. It can beat 59.085. Trust me.

I know you said not to include Escudo times, but I'm pretty happy with my 1:00.717.

I only have a D-pad controller, that's why I think it's cool. If I had a controller with one of those little analog sticks (like a DualShock), I'm sure I could drop my time a few seconds.

My best "non - Escudo" time is ~56.800 with GT-ONE Road Car, then come Speed 12 & GT-ONE Race Car with ~57.000 (with Escudo I have 52.779).

Toyota GT-one road car
i do not use TCS or anything, maybe this gives me more speed, but this car especially is very hard to control without it, grass really sucks too.
the polyphony 001 is more consistant, but the GT-one is more fun to me because i cannot hold the accelerator down all the time, you have to feather it around corners etc.
try and beat that! i was so proud when i cracked 2:59.00
