how did he do this

i was looking at some of the old threads that people posted http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t74309.html and i was wondering how he did this to the rear bumper. And if anybody knows do u know how to make z3 fenders. thanks for the help

I believe the bumper is a resin mold.

As for z3 fenders, a hobby knife, styrene sheets, and putty is all you'd need.

He pretty mush said it all, you can purchase the bumper from Chris or Flyonthewall.
