Talking Suggested upgrades

Guys,
I have just bought a evo vi and wanted to know the suggested upgrades.

Do HKS Iridium plugs preserve engine life and do they prevent knocking ? do you notice a performance increase ?

ECU or boost controller ? I know you can manage fuel and air flow with a ECU as well as the boost, but is it necessary if you are only going to run .9 - 1.0 bar ?

any suggestions will be appreciated.

Chhers

First things first, 3" exhaust from turbo back, will make a BIG difference.
This will raise the boost slightly and thus give u more power.
Secondly a bleed valve to increase boost, or alternatively u could get an electronic controller but they cost heaps and do the same thing as a $10 bleed valve.
My friend was doing 12.5 quarter miles with just these two mods.

Next things would be a new ECU (Power FC or something) and a bigger less restrictive Front Mount Intercooler.
All this and then bigger turbo etc etc.
