Question Transmission Rebuild

I am planning to rebuild my 5 speed '92 prelude transmission with my favorite Honda tech from the local dealership. He has suggested I change the gear ratios to maximize the power and acceleration. I know this is going to affect my mileage but the daily driver days of this car are fast coming to an end, anyway. I know my ratios, but I am asking for advice on what my new ratios should be and also what "FINAL DRIVE" means when it comes to ratios.

Thanks in advance for your help
