ram air
I'm wondering if anyone knows how I could make a ram air system for my 89 cougar with the 3.8. I don't have a lot of money to spend on mods and I've heard of people making there own systms, but I've never seen them myself. If any one has any info let me know. Thanks

There is no ram air system out there available. If so it would be very expensive. You might find a way to get one off a car that has ram air and make it work with yours.
