Remove Driver Door Panel for 1998 LS

Can someone tell me how to remove the driver side door panel? The inside door latch broke and I would like to replace it myself.

Thanks.

There is a tool available you can find them at checkers, pepboys ect..
It looks like a flat for with the middle teeth missing. The door panel is held on by two piece plastic retainers(plan on replacing at least half of them they are easy to break) Just be patient and start at a corner of the door panel and pry it off being carefule not to pull to hard and crack the panel itself. once you have the panel loose you will have to pull upward on it to unseat the inner belt molding. Just go back on with it in reverse order. Good luck.
