Fuel Sending unit

Just wondering how we how to get the fuel sending unit out of a VW FOX 1988

If it's anything like the a1 GTi, you have to remove the rear seat bottom, remove the cover plate, unplug the sending unit, and turn the sending unit counterclockwise to release it.
Be sure to unplug your battery first.
