take out your corner bulbs, i mean you dont really need them you have the bumper lights to blink for you in the front......

Wrong. Removal of the corner bulbs will not cause the hyperblinker effect, but removable of the bumper lense bulbs will. I know this because I have rolled with each entity removed at one time or another while tinting my lenses.

I say you buy one of the hyper blinker modules available on ebay, or construct your own using this how-to

You need to remove the flasher relay. It should be similar to this:

Open up the flasher and look for this resistor:

You will need to change this resistor to make your signal blink faster, or slower. The resistance is around 90K If you want to make your signal blink twice as fast as stock, then you would replace the resistor with a 45K.

The lower the resistance, the faster it will blink.

Yea the corner light thing don't work on 4Gs because the corner lights don't blink. I don't even have any light in my corner lights, haven't had any in there for about a year. Need to get some new plugs so I can put some lights in there. I was stupid back in my ricer days and put shitty strobe lights in place of my corner lights, and misplaced where I put the corner lights and plugs.

so when you bought one of them hyper flasher thingys, did you have to replace something to install it? I've never seen one of them b4, how does it work?

you replace your stock flasher relay with the aftermarket hyper flasher relay, it is made exactly as kris shows in the picture, so if you have any soldering skills, it would be cheaper just to buy the new resistor and solder it in, the hyper flashers are usually like 10-15 shipped off ebay, not worth it in my opinion
