Ford Taurus Started

Just got some pics of this. This is going to be kind of a copy of my real car, but its no going to be exact. Here's my real car.

Here's what the kit looks like after the white was put on.

And I think i'm going to use these rims instead of the stock wire wheels.

I'll keep the updates coming, but don't expect too much. It's winter here in Minnesota and it gets realy cold.

I don't know if it's still available, but there is a resin Taurus wagon made by All American Models. I don't think they are in business any longer. Ask the guy that runs the site below.

pcmodeler-thanks for the link. I sent him an e-mail about the resin kit. Hopefully it won't cost an arm and a leg.

space age interior--thats pretty funny. They are kinda ugly looking IMO.

forhod- i like what your doing to your taurus. The body kit is a little extreme, but if thats what you like, best of luck. I'll post a pic of the stock rims and let you decide which you like better

Hey, replica of your car! I wish I could make a replica of my car, but I don't got one! Did you know here, you have to be 15 1/2 to get a drivers permit?!?!?!?!

updates

Just sprayed the first color of parts, mostly black parts. Body has the black window trim and side trim and lights installed. Will post pics tomorrow. Who knows, I might even have a little more assembled by photo time tomorrow.. As for the headlights, i left them alone and just foiled the rear ones and painted the front ones. They look alright to me.
