I got mine installed at a professional auto underbody place (ex. Meineke muffler, Karkare Center, somewhere like that).

did they remember to disconnect your battery so your ecu can reset?
I'm worried that a non nissan place won't know about the little things and the nissan place won't put it on. i'm most likely going to do it myself.

I reset the ECU myself, I didn't trust them to do it.

Not really, just make sure you jack the car up enough and you should be fine. Its surprisingly easy.

It took me about 2-3 hours jack up to jack down. I had to reposition the O2 sensor a little bit to have a snug fit.

It depends on how mechanically inclined you are. I did it myself because I didn't want anybody else messing with my car, especially when I can do it myself. Overall, if you have enough patience, do it!

When those idiots got halfway through it and didn't know how to do it, I just told them to put the stock one back on, and I just did it myself. It was worth every penny.

Which Y pipe are you installing?, I got the Warpspeed one (www.warpspeedperformance.com) and it fits prefectly, the trick is to disconnect the cables of the o2 sensor so you can change them to the other Y pipe with the pipes on the floor
