Doors

I need to get new doors and a hatch. I was gonna try and fix them but I think its just to bad. The pass door is creased and the drive door has a rust spot that is visible through the paint about the size of a soft ball, so you can just imagine how much rust is actually there. I found a site that sells the shells, brand new no parts no paint but im kindof weary about trying to get the painted and swaping parts. Im also not sure about ordering from a junk yard and not knowing what i'll get. What do you guys think I should do.

I just realized that most of my posts end with "What do you guys think".

are you talking about getting the shell and swapping all the parts over? if so that is real easy, shouldn't take that long. Just got through doing that in school and it took me about 2 1/2 hours to completely gut an Xterra door and put it back together.

As for ordering stuff from a junk yard...never done it. I have got parts from a junk yard, but I always go and get it so I can see what I am getting before I get it.

yea i know what you mean about the junk yards. There are only a few 4gs sitting in any junk yards around here and they are usually already completely stripped.
