76 El Camino Help..Please

I just bought a 76 El Camino, MINT condition, blue/sparkling blue paint. Straight 6, 3spd standard on the column. I like it, well for now. I need to know some mods and where I can get these mods. I have noticed that I can not find much for the year 76. They all stop right before 76 and pick up at 78...Skip right over 76-77..Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Parts

I understand where you are coming from. I have a 73 and have had the same problem. You will find that 73-77 parts are almost the same and that many of them will interchange with each other. If you are looking for some engine modifications anything will work aslong as the part will fit. I have put a 4 barrel carb. but am planing on boring out the 350 to make it a 383 stroker w/ dual exhaust. If you are looking for any parts that need to be replaced check www.elcaminostore.com or www.opgi.com and those should get you on your way.
