Hehe, i don't know. I m looking around for this kind of stuff here in S'pore also, but don't know where to get it.
Well, for our purpose, maybe we can just use normal black cloth or some other coloured cloth, we don't need the strength, just the looks. But first, got to get some RTV silicone...

It appears thses guys are using it for Radio Control models which are commonly 1/14 to 1/10 scale. I bet the carbon tape's pattern is way too large for 1/24 scale and probably even 1/12. I've seen a lot of carbon fiber in raw form in sheets and tape, none of it that I saw would be applicable to 1/24.
