I just bought a duplicolor mirage spraypaint, and I want to paint my model. But unfortunately I live in buffalo and its pretty cold outside. I was wondering if spraypainting the model outside in the cold will affect the quality.

BTW are you from buffalo NY, I'm from Nj.
I asked the same question and yes it may affect your paintjob. If you don't wan't to come out with any worries about the affects of the cold then don't paint. I'm not painting because it's TOO COLD ! But if you really can't wait then you keep the can in warm water for awhile, and then I guess keep it warm by wraping something around the can while spray painting. Someone told me to keep the can warm if I should spray in the freezing wheather. But IMO you shouldn't really be painting unless you've got a spray booth so you could spray indoors. I'm not the guy to ask about spray booths. Good luck spray painting in THE COLD ! Mother Nature .....
