licence plate bolts
I bought my car and somebody kept the bolts. The threads look course so they don't look to me like a standard machine thread. Anybody know what I need to buy? Pepboys sell a bolt for domestic that looks like a large sheet metal thread but I'm not sure that's what the 98 lumina requires.

Re: licence plate bolts
Most auto parts stores sell packs of license plate bolts. I remember there being a product line called "Help" many years ago in the stores in my area,( I still believe they are in business and sold in other areas of the country.) Try buying a pack and see if they fit, and if they don't just take them back for a refund or exchange.
