Exhaust

My friend is wanting to upgrade his exhaust (muffler) and was wondering which is quietest (and how much louder it is than stock).

His choices were Apex N1 and Greddy EVO, any opinions would be appreciated.

Car is a Mitsubishi Eclipse 98 GS

I'd go with the Greddy myself.

Both will be loud for that non turbo vehicle. I suggest going with the GReddy SP, or the Tanabe G medalion.
