Relay or Blower resistor

The fan for the front and back only work on the high position. Is it the relay or the blower resistor? Where are they located?

You don't say what year but that is classic blower resistor problem . 96-2000 front blower rsistor is located under the hood on the passenger side firewall underneath the wiper cowl area . 2001 on is behind the glovebox. The rear is a separate resistor i believe but i'm not sure hwere that is, think it might be in the rear of the vehicle .
