VQ 35 de

What would be the mesuments for 1/24 on the engine? Is there any kits out there of the 350z w/engine? Or have someone done a resin engine of that?

Lots of questions but i turn to you since i havent found any answers from the net regarding this. Sorry was thinking of the HQ 35, thers lot of info on VQ 35.

I think that AMT fast and furious 350Z kit has a VQ35de in it, I don't have a clue as to how well detailed it is, but it's a start.

The engine that comes with that kit is low detail and not worth anything, but it could be used as a start off engine block.

The vg30dett that comes in the Tamiya 300zx/fairlady kit is a better start. but needs a slightly diferent intake if you're going to put it into a 350z or v35 and ias tamiya already forgot some of the turbo plumbing it's closer to a N/A engine than a turbo one anyway! Same external dimensions as the vq35de.

pretty sure there were some pics here of one transplanted into a Motul 350z earlier this year.
