Ferrari F189 (Tribute To The 60 Years of Ferrari)

My 1st Formula 1 Kit almost completed, and really enjoyed it. More photos once the wheels, mirrors, etc are attached.

Re: Ferrari F189 (Tribute To The 60 Years of Ferrari)

Wonderful job Steve!
What paint did you used? LOL No, really can you tell me exactly which red?

Loved the chamoise on the seat. Is it really that or some kind of paint technique?
Did you used tamiya decals? The white is very opaque.
Ok too much questions. I stop for now

Can't wait to see it finished.

Re: Ferrari F189 (Tribute To The 60 Years of Ferrari)

The paint is......... Zero Ferrari Rosso Formula 1 (Pre-2004) followed with Zero 2 Pack Clear Coat.
The Carbon Fibre Decals are KA Models Type A
The Decals/Tyre Markings are also from KA Models
The Seat Belt is Model Factory Hiro, as is the seat covering which was (Adhesive cloth for seats - Beige MFHP916) stained darker with coffee.
Thanks for the nice comments.

Wow! What a beauty!
I loved it. Thanks for the reply on my questions.
Just a side note... doesn't the rear wing had a goodyear marking on the top? I think maybe you had missed it.

woah, Steve. that paint job is something else! I am just adding all these bits you've used to my next order - I especially like the Hiro cloth. You planning another F1 build then?
