Rear vent windows on RM Wagon leaking

I just bought a 95 roadmaster wagon with 87k for $1,500. The only thing it really needed was an ac compressor and the rear windows fell off it track. It looks like the rear vent windows have leaks. The metal trim directly under the windows is rusty and the paint is coming off. It also looks like there was was water in the tire compartment at some point. Is there anywhere I can get replacement seals? The old ones feel dried out and have hairline cracks forming. Thanks!

Have you tried the dealer yet? Some may still have parts in stock for these vehicles, or may be able to locate them for you. That would be the first place I'd try.

Re: Rear vent windows on RM Wagon leaking

I found some silicone spray helped. On the pass side though, I found that the hinge actually separated from the glass towards the bottom. Now when the window is open, the glass rattles and looks like it will fall off. What can anyone recommend for re-glueing metal to glass?

I had the same problem on my '93 Wagon. You can use glue that will stick to glass and metal to fix the problem. I used some of the gel Superglue by Loctite. It is possible to reach the surfaces to apply glue with the window still in the vehicle. Clean the surfaces as well as you can. Pick a clamp that will squeeze the hinge-to-window joint tightly while the glue dries. Did mine two years ago with no further problems.
