Hey i got a honda civic 2000 EX but the speed stops at 120mph how can a change that?

are you saying the car stops going faster, orthe speedometer only goes to 120 ? The first one means you will need to do stuff to get more HP out of your engine. As for the second, I think there are replacement speedometers that go higher.

Well you might wanna post this in the 92+ civic forum, and not the interior/audio/security forum. The reason why your 00 EX civic stops at 120 is because of the ECU, your computer that cuts your fuel off at 120. Is it auto or manual? If it's manual, you can go faster than 120 in 4th gear. But you can have your ECU reprogrammed so that it will let you go over 120. If you're talking about your spedometer like PaulD was saying, you can replace it with another gauge cluster that will let it go higher.
