68 gto help

i found a 68 gto with rallye II wheels on it now did it come with rallye I series as well or was the 2 series factory?

engine question- was there ever an engine color option cause the directions on my kit say to paint it red but i looked at www.gtoalley.com and it said that all they used was blue! now can somebody help me?

Engine color from 66-70 was the lighter metallic blue. Testors sells it in the small bottles.

Not sure what you are talking about on the wheels, but I used some from Scale Equipment Ltd.
Here are some pics of my 70 Goat for ref on the wheels and engine color.

Yup, Pontiac changed "Pontiac Engine Blue" like 8 friggin times, you'd have to make sure you get the right one for that precise year, like in the pic.

Rally II rims are correct for the 68.

The metallic Blue is correct for the 68. Model Master makes a Pontiac engine blue.
