hasnt happened yet.. compression is too high, engine management is too costly.. kits such as blitz and XS are going to be released very soon, and turbo perofrmnace has a kit, but i havent heard any rave reviews or even any dyno numbers from their kit..

the turbo kit gives about 230 to the wheels, the article says that a gts with this turbo can eat mustang gt's and camaro z 28 wrx's and s2000's alive:smoka: :bandit:

here is a list of all the turbo and super kits for 7th gen celica's http://www.newcelica.org/forums/show...threadid=47097
there are alot of really good ones but the West Covina Toyota kit is probibly the best out of all of them because its been researched for a long time, and is still being researched, the Turbo Performace kit is good too i herd and is avaliable now. i'd order a turbo kit right now but the only thing thats stoping me is money.

with such power, the celica will have to have lots of upgrades such as cranks, drive shafts, etc...without the upgrades and bye bye...

hey man. XS-engineering has already put some kits on the GTS celicas. you all better watch out. dyno's are pushin 260-270 hp and 180-190 ft.lbs of torque at the wheels. those guys are runnin time slips of 13.7 and 13.8. and thats with wheel hop and spinnin through the gears. once they overcome traction problems and maybe add some bolt-ons and get more HP, they'll be able to run with the big dogs. hehe.
