ok, well since installation, ive moved the box to the front of the trunk(towards rear seats). and i noticed a drop in spl compared to when they were facing the taillights about 2" from the rear. i was going to make an artificial wall, but that was too much work.
what i was wondering is if i add a couple legs on the corners of the box, and flip it so the subs are facing down, will that "theoretically" create a higher spl? its kinda like a multidirectional slot loading.

do a search on here on a post I made that explains exactly what happens when you move woofers, corner loading, facing the subs to the rear, etc ...
