95 325iS ignition problem

Hey there,

I've got a 95 325is ... it's almost stock, it has an intake and a chip (racing dynamics). The problems:

* Rough idle
* Sluggish Acceleration
* Ticking noise from engine

All of these problems began after I threw the rpms too high on a missed gear. What do you guys think ... I'm suspecting ignition coils but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions - also do I need to replace all 6 coils at once? Thanks!

Ahhh, I've heard on another forum that I might of bent a valve? If that is the case anyone know what the expenses are to get fixed? Anyone want to sell me an M engine?
