350 for a 95 v6

So i just purchased a 95 Firebird with a v6. I bought it because it was cheap and in very good condition. Except the engine has 128k miles on it and well its a v6... So i was woundering what your thoughts would be for a 350 crate. Also what are the major modifications i would end up haveing to do. As well as other parts. I a mechanic student.

95 Firebird 3.4l v6 Auto

Thanks
