Car Amplifier question
I have 2 10" alpine Type S Subwoofers and im wondering what amp i should use that would sound the best to push them . Im lookin to spend 200 dollars at most ( etronics.com ) .

There are a lot of amps that would push em just fine,but what are you going for spl or sound quality,or something in between?What kind of enclosure are you using?Are you using them in conjuntion with components or 6x9's?Is you whole system gonna run off the amp or just the subs?I've had a kenwood 5 channel for a while now and it does exactly what I want,since it has been replaced in the line up I see em pretty cheap now(139-225).It handles my components and 12 perfectly.For what you want to spend I would recommend something like that.

well i have
a pair of sony xplode 5 1/4 speakers in the doors pair of 6 1/2 pioneer 3 ways in the back im usin an Obcon enclosure 2 10" alpine Type -S i was thinkin a 760 watt pioneer amp , i dunno tho |
