Brown liquid coming out of Tamiya polyester putty tube?
What is this and is it still ok to use the putty out of the tube?

It's solvent that's separated out, the putty should still be OK to use.

It should be OK. Just knead(squeeze tube)with the cap on to mix it up. This happens with hardener and the putty with 2 part type putties.
