DTC code P0102 1999 Buick Regal GS

I have a P0102 engine code on my 1999 Buick Regal GS. I cleaned the MAF sensor but no difference. 2 years ago I replaced the engine with one from a junkyard and kept the same throttle body. Now I find out the MAF sensors are different. It had run fine, code free until 3 months ago. Car runs fine when warm but has a ruff idle when cold. I have saved the original supercharger and throttle body and will replace the throttlebody tomorrow when I get the new gasket. Any idea on where to check next?
