2006 Rear Coil Spring Suspension Upgrade
I have a 2006 GM with standard rear coil springs. i carry a lot of samples etc for work and at 26,000 miles the extra weight seems to be to much for the springs to handle if I have someone sit in the back seat. Any suggested upgrades?

Re: 2006 Rear Coil Spring Suspension Upgrade
We install a high quality coil over shock absorber on the rear of our Police cruisers. They raise the rear about 1 inch and the officers say it improves the handling. Moog also makes a heavy duty spring for various applications. You may want to check their product.

Thanks for the help on both my issues......
Are you referring to the Monroe Sensa Trac Load adjusting shocks? |

Re: 2006 Rear Coil Spring Suspension Upgrade
No. These are Monroe coil over shocks. They are a heavy duty shock with springs on them. Just ask for a set of coil over springs that will fit your vehicle. If they say they don't have them, have them look up for the Crown Vic.
