STi vs Mustang GT

I've seen this kid around, i even saw him at my dads car show back in June. Its a late 90's Mustang with H/I/E and cams. And i've always been curious how fast it was, well thursday before my trip to Florida i was just leaving the gym after basketball with some friends and this mustang drives by and revs on a friend of mine in a bmw, so i yell "get the hell out of the way harold he's mine!!"

And finally after about a mile we come to an intersection with just a stop sign and he looks over and says, "i heard those are fast, is it?" So i say "it's not bad..." And my buddy who's in the passenger seat looks over and says "go straight here with us and find out."

After bitching that my car was AWD he finally said ok, then reved up and took off as i was starting to rev so he had the jump. I had to quickly rev up to 5500 and slip the clutch and i caught him quicker than i run out of breath in a fast break in basketball...which is quick...

I pulled a car on him through second then once i hit 3rd it was pretty much over, i shut down at 90mph, i looked back and he was turning down a side street probably because he just got embarrassed in front of his g/f in the passenger seat. Once again..i love this car...
