Whats a good cat-back?
I went to 3 shops today telling me how messed up my exhaust is and hassling me for some outrageous prices. So fuck that I might as well just get a real cat back. Who makes a good one. Is it possible to get just the mid-pipe and not the muffler part?

Thermal R&D-stainless
DC sports-stainless HKS-coated mild steel Greddy-coated mild steel/stainless muffler These four are very good quality catbacks. I would call the manufacturers to see if they can help you out with just the b pipe. I think most shops are going to want to sell the exhaust as a complete unit. Good Luck

My local shop just mailed me saying they have a Thermal for $525, sounds like a good price to!

I don't know. I was planning to install it myself. On Modacar.com they sell for like $450.00 however with shipping it would probably end up being $525 anyway wouldn't it.

i had my thermal shipped up from GA to PA for 475... but that was a long time ago... and have lost touch with the guy..

Does anyone know if one has dual tips on it like the stock Si muffler? I like 2 little tips more than 1 big ricer exhaust.
