Tangie's new toy!!!
Well, once I figure out OS X I'll be a typing/posting MACHINE!!!

I just got myself the 867 MHz dual G4 processor from Mac. Only thing is that I have yet to quite figure out OS X... too many years of OS 7-9 I suppose. I could just use the OS 9 that is preinstalled on my 60 gig HD, but that'd be cheating

I'm just stoked. Now I've got a 17" monitor, and everything just FLOATS. It's like the comp could finish something for me before I even know I want it do to it!!!

Well, that's pretty much the reason why OS 9 is on there - to gently easy you into OS X. Wait 'til you get to using Jaguar, though.... I sell quite a few of those at my job

Even I know how to use OSX.

And damn, the title was sooo misleading.

Aw, poor Kris... OS X would be much easier to use if I wasn't so trained on OS 9. I had all the shortcuts and everything pre-programmed, and now I need to discover the new ways to do everything.

Boxy??? The older iMacs were made to be smooth and rounded, and the new ones look like a friggin flat-panel on steroids...

But anyhoo, I have a tower now. It's so much nicer than dealing with a sealed comp. My expandibility is seemingly endless.

And I'm sure I could dress up in that iMac costume next Halloween for all of you!
