Hello I Jus Bought A 93 Formula That Doesnt Seem To Kick Down At About 30 Mph It Kicks Down On The Highway No Prob, Does Anyone Know How To Adjust The Cable Id Appreciate Any Info Thanx

If it has a kick down there's a tab on the throttle linkage. You push the detent all the way in, release the tab and slowly open the throttle to WOT (engine off). May require some manual movement one spot fore or aft to get it right. BUT, I don't think you can as yours is electronic if I remember right, but something tells me it might be til 94 on the 4L60e

That cable is NOT a "kickdown" cable. It is a throttle valve (TV) cable. A kickdown cable (like the older ST300-TH350) actually operated a valve in teh valve body. The V cable compresses a spring in the pump pressure control valve. That spring counteracts the governor pressure, and controls transmission hydraulic line pressure. Be very careful how you adjust the cable to avoid damaging the transmission.
