TSP Bucik Regal 1995

What should the TSP reading be for a 1995 Buick Regal 3800?

The TPS output to the ECU module will typically read around .4 volts at idle to 4.5 volts at wide open throttle (WOT). Linear and progressive readings from idle to WOT while slowly moving the accelerator. No bad/flat spots or out of range reading. Reference voltage at the input around 5 volts.
