how to make suede looking like dashboard?!

i need help, i am sure i have seen some of you masters do it before!!

suede is easy. just use a flat color. that's suede. suede is not lumpy, or fuzzy like carpet, nor is it textured like vinyl. it isn't shiny at all, so even a semigloss would be wrong. just a flat paint would be perfect.

i second sms faux fabric paint, on 1/25 recaro seats they look identical to the OEM JDM 1:1 original suede

I just use unthinned matt acrylics from the bottle. Airbrushed from half an arms length and it should dry somewhat before hitting the part.

I find I have to do a few passes before i get good coverage. Good news is you don't have to wait long as every coat is almost dry from the instant it is laid down.
