Large pin vise?
I'm currently drilling 3-4 mm holes for headlights. My pin vise, and I think most others, can only hold bits up to 2.5 mm. Are there any larger ones around?
In addition, where can I find 3-4 mm clear headlight lenses? Sakatsu's convex lenses are a bit larger than that.

Sausage,
There are larger sizes available, but I don't know where I would recommend for you to find one in Singapore. We used to use them to hand ream holes in the tooling industry, they could hold up to 8mm shanks(the part of the drill you hold) in a 3-jaw chuck, so I am sure it will work for you. I would imagine you could try looking at engineering supply stores or even well-stocked hardware stores, maybe you could contact a local machine/engineering workshop to see if they can point you where to get one. Either way, they are available. Ray

or you could buy a Dremel, which is much better than a pin vice.
