99 Civic AC/Stereo unit into 98 EX?

Would that go right into my 98 EX? Will all the cables attach or do I need to get new plugs? What about the stereo? I normally wouldn't care but someone broke into my car this evening and jacked my stereo and broke the plastic trim around it, and this is a cheap and easy way out of the problem.
