pistons and rods

i need better rods and pistons. what would be the best piston and rod combo, to run in a d16a6 with 75 to 100 shot nos.

can't go wrong with j.e. pistons and crower rods.

i prefer the eagle rods over crower, but the J.E. pistons will do just fine. 9:1 compression.
