Re: Lossing boost
Does it appear to be just the boost indication low or are you having any driveability problems? Does power feel up to snuff? Also, any mods like a re-programmed PCM module (DHP, Intense or ZZP)? How is the SC drive belt?
It is not uncommon to get an erroneous boost indication with a smaller SC pulley. Alot of GTP owners do not rely on the DIC boost indicator after supercharger mods. You are better off with an aftermarket boost gauge which gets it's vacuum signal off the MAP sensor line and is more accurate.

Re: Lossing boost
The smaller pulley may be causing the belt to slip. I'd try a new one (Goodyear Gatorback is recommended) or your supercharger belt tensioner may be weak causing belt slippage.
